KidiCom Chat™ enables seamless communication between parents and children by allowing kids to share various media from their compatible VTech devices. All contacts need parental approval before engaging in any form of communication. Please note that KidiCom Chat™ is exclusively designed for communication within VTech's compatible device network, limiting interactions to approved contacts only.

Utilizing KidiCom Chat™:

Parents/Guardians: Register your child's VTech device to establish a Learning Lodge® Family Account before downloading the app. This account allows one adult to manage the child's contact list and handle friend requests. Additional adults can create separate Learning Lodge® accounts and join the family with approval from the Family Account holder.

Other Relatives: Obtain approval from the Family Account holder via the Learning Lodge® platform before initiating communication with the child. Upon creating a Learning Lodge® account, send a request to join the family for access.
